Human Resources Intern
Job Responsibilities
- Play an active role in HR automation and digitalization initiatives to streamline people processes.
- Maintain and manage employee e-files and personal records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and real-time updates.
- Support high-volume recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in fast-moving onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new-joiner experience.
- Coordinate and track candidates’ background verification in line with company standards.
- Support HR data management, dashboards, and reporting for timely decision-making.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR operations.
- Provide hands-on support in day-to-day HR operations within a dynamic FMCG environment.
Job Requirements
- BBA / BS Engineering / Bachelors in Information Technology
- Experience working with digital tools, systems, and MS Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
