Market Development Executive/Sales Trainee required in our Sales Department.
Job Description:
- Retail Marketing and channel development across assigned area
- Ensure availability of core SKU’s in retail and key account outlets
- Achievement of monthly targets (Primary and Secondary)
- Regular market visits to gather insights and competitors information
- Route planning and target settings of Sales team for achievement of monthly targets
- Business growth and improvement of market share
- Branding Activities through signage and activation
- Financial and Sales planning, forecasting and budget Controlling
- Sales Team development and Management, SKU’s monitoring and demand enhancement
- Distribution management and development
Qualification: Master/Bachelors in Marketing field
MDE Experience required: 2 – 3 years (FMCG)
Sales Trainee Experience required: 0 – 1 year
