Position: Assistant Manager – Electrical Maintenance
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on electrical maintenance professional to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant maintenance, automation systems, and industrial electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant electrical systems and machinery.
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of all electrical equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
- Work on Automation and PLC systems for efficient process control.
- Manage electrical load distribution*to avoid outages and enhance productivity.
- Handle and maintain instrumentation and control systems.
- Lead maintenance activities in compliance with **engineering best practices and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
