Technical Skillset:
- Should have excellent knowledge of ADC functions and digital banking
- Educational background of Financial and Accounting skills
- Strong IT & Analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- To assist the line manager in devising the eBanking strategy for successful partnering with the stake holders / segments.
- Regulatory requirements must be complied with without any delay.
- Strict monitoring of ATMs and other ADC channels.
- Dependency must be on own team rather than on the vendor team.
- To:
a. Have healthy coordination with end users / stake holders to be able to define business requirements/needs.
b. Ensure uptime of ATMs and other ADC channels.
c. Ensure that in the event of an ATM/ADC incident the respective teams and/or vendors are timely engaged to resolve the issue in order to have a minimum down time.
d. Ensure timely completion of projects as committed to the stakeholders. - To ensure a healthy team environment to promote coordination, continuous learning and mutual growth at all times.
- Maintaining punctuality of self and to carry out any adhoc tasks assigned by the Deputy Head of IT and / or the Head of IT.
