Key Responsibilities:
- Grow & manage Countrywide SME portfolio through effective management of SME Hub structure while keeping coordination with Zonal teams.
- Undertake monthly and quarterly business reviews and KPIs to ensure monitoring against targets and review strategy accordingly.
- Develop, review, refine and roll-out new product programmes in chosen SME Segments with strong monitoring and control measures, while keeping regular coordination with all support functions.
- Bring in continuous improvement in housekeeping, collection and recovery function while maintaining strong check on performance of portfolio.
- Drive marketing efforts and running effective campaigns to boost both care and cross sell business while keeping a strong eye on competition.
- Maintain Regular Liaison with Regulator and organisations including SMEDA Chambers and Business Acsociations.
- Continuous training and development of SME team and develop accreditation standards and incentive structures in achieving their goals and objectives.
