Greaves Airconditioning Pakistan Jobs Mar 2018: Greaves Airconditioning (Private) Limited (A Ghulam Faruque Group Company) is looking for experienced and professional individuals for the following positions based at Head Office, Karachi:

SENIOR MANAGER, PROJECTS: The incumbent will be responsible for managing/ undertaking all contractual projects, to generate real time project report indicating planned progress vs target progress & planned profitability vs current profitability. Key responsibilities include but not limited to project costing, preparation of tender documents, correspondence with consultant & client(s), making technical compliance documents and submission, etc.

The ideal candidate should:

be B.E./ M.E. (Mechanical) from a reputable institute with minimum 12 years of relevant experience in MEP, HVAC, Fire-fighting & Plumbing within target market preferably in HVAC industry
possess excellent project management, communication & team management skills with strong planning abilities.

PROJECT ENGINEERS (Multiple Positions)

The incumbents will be responsible for handling project site and should have good understanding of piping and HVAC work. Preference will be given to those who have handled large scale projects.

The ideal candidate should be B.E. (Mechanical) from a reputable institute with minimum 02 years of relevant experience.

Officer/Senior Officer Procurement

Major Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of Projects Procurement on timely manner and after sales purchases. The other duties include, supply market analysis, RFP developments, monitor ongoing vendor performance (e.g. compliance to service metrics, cost savings targets). Coordinate activities relative to provisions of assigned contracts; take follow-up action as required.

The ideal candidate should be

Education: Must be Graduate/Master.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC industry.
Skills: Excellent project management, communication & marketing skills.
