Global Industries Intelligence basically provide business intelligence in terms of corporate training, In-house training and conferences to cover the region’s key business issue and to create one to one networking opportunities with the industry leaders. We usually work within 3 divisions:

1. Public Training
2. In-house Training
3. Conferences: Currently, our company GII is looking the suitable candidates for the following positions:

Product development Executive

Requirement:

• Minimum Graduate from a reputable company.
• At least 2 years of experience, if in any event management it would be plus.
• Our producers will be responsible for negotiating contracts, monitoring cash flow and developing business plans.

Job Skills:

• A producer must first be an entrepreneur, someone who is motivated to get things done, someone who possesses a multitude of skills.
• A producer must be organized, flexible, diplomatic in negotiations and energetic.
• The one must be both practical and artistic since it is their job to mind the budget while approving creative decisions. Because it is experience rather than education that builds a career for a producer, he or she must be able to network and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and produce high quality and innovative agendas for a portfolio of global conferences using in depth phone based and desktop research of key subject areas
• Research important industry topics and keep up to date with industry trends to ensure streams of content are relevant to our audience
• Source, select and secure the participation of high level, industry leading speakers through research, networking, and existing contacts to achieve your target requirements
• Assume full project ownership of each event from a content perspective and to ensure that events run to deadline and to schedule close working with the cross functional team
• Produce all content related copy for your events including sales-driven brochures, websites, direct mail and emails

Graphic Designer

Requirement:

• Minimum graduate
• Fresh- 1 year of experience

Job Requirements:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Plans concept by studying information and materials.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, UI, UX, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.

2. In-house Training: It requires analysis and research of suitable international trainers.
3. Conferences: Deciding the suitable venue, arranging timelines and bringing sponsors and media partners on board.

Business Development Executive:

Requirements:

• Fresh- 1-year experience.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

Internee Sales/Marketing:

Requirements:

• Last semester or year.
• Must be enrolled in event societies/clubs.

Job Descriptions:

• Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company’s managers.

Digital Marketing:

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate
• At least a 1 year of experience Freshers can also apply.
• Graphic skills will be a plus point.

Job Description:

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Extensive knowledge of SEO.
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
• Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness’s

Data base Researcher:

Requirements:

• Minimum graduate
• At least a 1 year of experience Freshers can also apply.
• A brief knowledge of event management, training and conferences
• Knowledge of oil and refinery extraction training and conferences at corporate level.

Job Description:

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Managing users and user roles.
• Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analyst if necessary.
• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
