Key Responsibilities:
To operate, monitor, and optimize the cement manufacturing process (kiln, raw mill, cement mill) from the Central Control Room using automated control systems (like Distributed Control System (DCS) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)).
- Monitor parameters like temperature, pressure, flow rates, and material levels.
- Operate kiln, raw mill, and cement mill from CCR panels.
- Maintain stable operation to ensure quality clinker and cement production.
- Adjust process variables to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Ensure maximum output with minimum downtime.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: DAE Chemical or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as coach.
- Age: Not more than 45 years
- Salary & Benefits: Market competitive salary with benefits as per company policy.
- Location: Gharibwal Cement factory, Ismailwal, District Chakwal. (2.5 hours’ journey from Rawalpindi and Lahore via M2 Motorway – nearest interchange – Lilla)
