We are Hiring! Production Manager
Location: Lahore
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food production/commissary operations, preferably in cafe or bakery industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end commissary production to ensure consistent quality of cinnamon rolls and other menu items across all outlets.
- Plan daily and weekly production schedules in line with outlet demand forecasts and minimize wastage.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and brand SOPs at all stages of production.
- Lead, train and supervise commissary staff to maintain high performance and operational discipline.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and uninterrupted supply to outlets.
