Gerrys International Group is urgently looking for People Associate, Air Express Division for Karachi.
· Support in training needs analyses by consulting with internal customers.
· Support to Works with leaders, work groups and individuals on talent development and succession management.
· Researches and selects training and instructional materials appropriate for identified needs.
· Prepares, evaluates and maintains instructional materials for use in training classes.
· Plans and facilitates planning meetings and team building workshops for various work groups.
· Assists in developing employee engagement programs.
· Ability to facilitate large and small groups.
· Applies instructional design elements to training programs and facilitator guides.
· Coordinates and training and retention programs.
· May be required to work overtime or alternate hours as necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
