🔥 What You’ll Own
Brand & Internal Communications
● Strategize and lead content campaigns that reflect our school’s vision and values.
● Align all messaging—emails, website, internal memos, social platforms—to a consistent brand voice.
● Build and manage an internal editorial calendar (social media, circulars, newsletters).
● Partner with faculty, students, and staff to spotlight stories that matter.
● Own the content process: gathering, curating, crafting, and publishing across platforms.
Community Engagement & Digital Presence
● Be the brand voice across digital channels—WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook.
● Lead conversations with parents, keeping them engaged, informed, and heard.
● Support digital campaigns that attract prospective parents and enhance community trust.
● Monitor digital feedback and online reviews—responding strategically and professionally.
● Collaborate closely with Admissions and Marketing for cohesive outreach.
💼 You Should Have
● Strong written + verbal communication (British English) with a flair for storytelling.
● A strategic mindset—you plan ahead, think in campaigns, and adapt messaging to audience needs.
● Hands-on experience with digital tools: CMS, email marketing, social media scheduling tools, etc.
● Visual skills—working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite (or similar).
● Stellar organization and coordination skills—you can manage content calendars and multiple stakeholders without missing a beat.
● A customer-first mindset with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
