Position: Operation Engineer

Job Requirement:

Should have the experience of power Generation and transmission & Distribution system.
Performs operation and maintenance, including startup and shutdown of main plant components and auxiliaries.
Perform operations in accordance with established SOPs and job safety standards.
Respond to abnormalities and take corrective actions consistent with established operating procedures and good engineering practice.
Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering trends.
Identifies operational problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems.
Investigates complaints and suggestions by reviewing the system parameters and its history.
Should have Experience of power Generation and transmission & Distribution system.
Manage, perform, coordinate and monitor the Operation & Maintenance of the power plant.
Develop, supervises and co-ordinate plant maintenance activities.
Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
Assist Site Manager in planning and scheduling outage works with due regard to annual scheduled maintenance plan.
Acquire full knowledge of EHS policies & procedures and ensures compliance.
Assist and co-ordinate with all HSE activities including implementation of policies/procedures, inspections and audits.

Position: Instrumentation & Control Engineer
Required Qualification: BE Electronics/ Electrical Engineer
Required Experience: 5 Years

Job Description:

Should have Experience of power Generation and Transmission & Distribution of 11KV network.
Should have experience of SCADA System and Siemens PLC including troubleshooting.
Manage, perform, coordinate and monitor the Operation & Maintenance of the power plant.
Develop, supervise and co-ordinate plant maintenance activities.
Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
Should have experience of the process and the relevant mechanical, instrument & control, and electrical system throughout the plant and apply the same to troubleshoot problems and leads the maintenance team in resolving the issue.
Should have Knowledge of overhead lines, underground cables, and transformers.
Train the subordinates on preventive and corrective maintenance.
Assist Site Manager in planning and scheduling outage works with due regard to the annual scheduled maintenance plan.
Assess plant needs for spare parts & supplies and generate material requisitions.
Co-ordinate with Stores and Procurement for stock inventory.
Acquire full knowledge of EHS policies & procedures and ensures compliance.
Evaluate, plan and actively participate in plant housekeeping.
Assist and co-ordinate with all HSE activities including implementation of policies/procedures, inspections, and audits.
