“JM – Agri/Livestock Farm Operations”(kwl)
Qualifications: CA / ACCA Part Qualified
Experience: 4-5 years working experience in accounting & finance operations having agriculture/livestock sector is a plus.
Preference – immediate joiner
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Master Template for cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting as per existing practices
- Recording of cash receipts and payments, date-wise, crop-wise, type of labour, labour count, acreage & other info
- Daily Cash Reconciliation of Petty Cash and Cash held for operational payments at the farm
- Verification of supporting documents of all cash receipts and payments with due approvals
- Close coordination with Cashier & Local Team to compile Hard copy filing and archiving for documentation and audit trail
- To ensure that a complete record of crop harvesting & despatch is being maintained (Date-wise, Crop-wise, Accepted Qty, Rate, By-Product, etc.)
- To ensure that inventory receipts and issuance records is being maintained (date-wise, item-wise, crop-wise)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and strong MS Excel skills
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by line management
- Reporting to HO on an ad-hoc basis
