Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
- Drive cost optimization and profitability across manufacturing operations
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory audits
- Act as a strategic partner to CEO & senior leadership
- Manage banking relationships, working capital, and cash flow optimization
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Ideal Candidate Profile
- CA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent qualification
- 10–15+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and corporate finance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
