Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Short term & Long term borrowing facilities.
• Manage multiple bank relationships for liquidity and trade-related activities.
• Assist the Company Secretary in corporate and secretarial affairs including SECP/other regulatory filings.
• Manage effective servicing of Boards, Committees.
• Support financial modeling, risk management, and strategic decision-making processes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
