Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise process plant machinery to meet quality, productivity, cost, and production deadlines.
- Coordinate startup activities with utilities and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on equipment.
- Monitor production processes, inspect products, remove defects, and ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, handle materials, manage shipments, and ensure proper packing and dispatch.
- Adhere to all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, confined space), maintain accurate documentation, and work effectively in rotating shifts.
