Job Summary
The Domiciliary Services Supervisor oversees care workers, coordinates care delivery, conducts assessments, and maintains service standards. They act as a link between clients, families, staff, and management to ensure safe and compassionate community care.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and execution of home healthcare services.
- Collaborate with nursing, medical teams, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to care workers.
- Maintain accurate records (care documentation, incident reports, staff notes).
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Ensure availability of required equipment and vendor support.
- Suggest process improvements for service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in General Nursing / BSCN / Post RN BScN / Diploma in Midwifery.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- License: Valid PNC License.
