- At least 2 years of sales management and distribution handling experience within the dairy or FMCG industry.
- BBA (4 Years)/MBA

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve area-wise revenue targets by managing SKU/brand performance and ensuring monthly and annual sales objectives are met.
- Manage distributor payments, collections, and primary order planning based on stock levels, promotional activities, and secondary sales trends.
- Ensure effective distributor and stock management by maintaining optimal SKU availability, monitoring distributor investment, and implementing sales plans.
- Expand distribution and business growth through market coverage, new territory development, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency and team performance by optimizing resources, managing assets in trade, ensuring product visibility, and developing sales staff through training.
