Location: Plant Site, Bhalwal
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain positive employee relations and develop innovative solutions to create strong employee engagement.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Identify training needs for employees in coordination with HODs and line managers.
• Work in close coordination with head office HR and Admin team for the planning and execution of the function’s training strategy at all levels.
• Planning and design of annual HR initiatives to support the Companies strategic objectives.
• Manage company’s administrative affairs i.e. traveling, security, premises upkeep, general administration, housekeeping, plant visiting protocols, and contract management.
• Define and identify key gaps in administration department and help to facilitate and support functions in lesser time lags.
Skills Required:
• Should have basic Knowledge of MS Office, good verbal and written communication skills.
