Job Responsibilities:
- Process daily payments in SAP after verifying supporting documents and ensuring proper approvals.
- Monitor and allocate budgets to ensure availability before processing financial transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve data discrepancies and assist the Finance Manager with assigned tasks.

- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, data analysis, or back-end sales support in an FMCG, food, or dairy organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze sales data (daily, weekly, monthly) from regions and distributors, preparing reports and basic dashboards for performance tracking.
- Support sales systems and processes, including order management, SFA/ERP user support, beat plan mapping, and distributor claim handling.
- Track trade schemes, promotions, and distributor discounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely claim processing.
- Maintain outlet, route, and distributor databases while coordinating with sales teams (TSMs, ASEs, ASMs) and distributors for smooth operations.
- Assist in cross-functional coordination and sales projects, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with SOPs, and continuous improvement in sales operations tools and processes.
