Position: HEAD OF MODERN TRADE / NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
What We’re Looking For:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in multiple categories, channel management IMT/LMT, GTM strategy, Data driven decision making, strategic account growth and negotiation skills
- BBA/MBA Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage annual and monthly sales targets by brand, SKU, channel, and customer.
-Design and execute channel and market-specific plans to achieve business objectives.
-Lead retailer contract, JBP, rental, and trade investment negotiations within approved budgets.
-Manage demand forecasting, stock planning, and primary order execution to ensure product availability.
-Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure timely collection of receivables.
-Identify and execute opportunities to drive sales growth, market expansion, and new product success.
-Optimize in-store execution, merchandising, and shopper engagement using market and sales insights.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and seamless business operations.
