Job Responsibilities:

Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality ambient dairy production by monitoring PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs, recipe verification, and timely product release.
Oversee incubation lab testing, shelf-life studies, market complaint investigations, and coordinate corrective actions with production and R&D teams.
Develop, implement, and improve QMS, MMS, HACCP, and the Integrated Management System (IMS), while conducting internal audits as per plan.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, distribution, and sales teams by providing training, market visit insights, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment.
Lead and review the performance of the quality systems and incubation teams, building competencies and driving continuous improvement in ambient dairy operations.

At least 5-7 Years in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, or related functions within the FMCG/Food industry.
BS/MS Food Technology, Chemistry or Microbiology.
