Fatima Group is hiring for Lead Procure to Pay Operations in Supply Chain Division. Lahore. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: MBA/BBA or equivalent from an HEC recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.
Location: Lahore
Brief Description
- Manage and supervise the process of receiving the PRs along with approved budget to generate RFQs as per directions from MROP team to suppliers.
- Manage and supervise the process of making comparative statements and sharing with end users for technical evaluation.
- Manage and supervise the process of sharing the technically evaluated case with MROP team to negotiate the competitive price.
- Manage and supervise the process of making purchase order in the system and keeping all case files in the system.
- Manage and supervise the process of coordinating and communicating with finance after receiving order acknowledgement from supplier and by providing the proforma invoice, order acknowledgement and related approvals.
- Manage and supervise the process of coordinating and following up with logistics team for timely freight forwarding and customs clearance of foreign shipments.
- Coordinating with material warehouse for timely issuance of material receiving report
