Applications are invited to fill up the following vacant posts at High Court of Sindh, Principal Seat at Karachi, Bench at Sukkur, Circuit Courts at Hyderabad, Larkana & Mirpurkhas from the candidates who are between age of 18 and 28 years, having Domicile of Sindh and fulfill the requirements/criteria mentioned against each post.

1. Electronic Technician (BPS-14)

No. of Posts & Place of Posting: 01 (Karachi)
Qualification: Graduate having HEC recognized Degree: BS/BE (Information Technology ‘IT’ / Computer Science ‘CS’ / Computer System ‘CS’ / Electronics)
Experience / Expertise:
- Two (02) years’ hands-on experience in Electronic Circuitries, including its repairing and assembling, with an Experience Certificate is mandatory.
- Experience in repair and maintenance of Photocopiers / Scanners / CCTV-related items / Fax Machines / MFPs / Computers / PA / Sound Systems / PABX Systems OR any other relevant experience will be preferred.

2. Junior Computer Operator (BPS-13) (Day/Night Shift Duty)

No. of Posts & Place of Posting: 03 (Karachi), 01 (Larkana), 01 (Hyderabad)
Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in Computer Science OR Intermediate in Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical with Diploma in Information Technology ‘IT’ / Computer Science ‘CS’ / Hardware OR Diploma of Associate Engineering ‘DAE’ in Certificate in Information Technology ‘CIT’ / Information Technology ‘IT’ / Computer Science ‘CS’
Experience / Expertise:
- Minimum One (01) year of relevant experience. Experience Certificate is mandatory.
- Certification in MS Office / Oracle Database OR any other relevant field will be preferred.

3. Junior Hardware / Network Technician (BPS-13) (Day/Night Shift Duty)

No. of Posts & Place of Posting: 07 (Karachi), 01 (Sukkur), 01 (Larkana), 01 (Hyderabad)
Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in Computer Science OR Intermediate in Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical with Diploma in Information Technology ‘IT’ / Computer Science ‘CS’ / Hardware OR Diploma of Associate Engineering ‘DAE’ in Certificate in Information Technology ‘CIT’ / Electronics
Experience / Expertise:
- Minimum One (01) year of relevant experience. Experience Certificate is mandatory.
- Certification in Computer Hardware / Network Switches / Routers OR any other relevant field will be preferred.

4. I.T. Archiver (BPS-07) (Day/Night Shift Duty)

Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in Computer Science OR Intermediate in Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical with Diploma in Information Technology ‘IT’ / Computer Science ‘CS’ OR Diploma of Associate Engineering ‘DAE’ in Certificate in Information Technology ‘CIT’ / Electronics
Experience / Expertise:
- Minimum One (01) year of relevant experience. Experience Certificate is mandatory.
- Certification in MS Office, Oracle Database OR any other relevant field will be preferred.

5. Junior Electro / Mechanical Technician (BPS-07)

No. of Posts & Place of Posting: 02 (Karachi)
Qualification: Matric (Science) with Diploma of Associate Engineering ‘DAE’ (Electronics / Certificate in Information Technology ‘CIT’ / Computer Science ‘CS’ / Mechanical) OR Intermediate (Science) with Diploma in Information Technology ‘IT’ / Computer Science ‘CS’ / Electronics / Hardware Repairing
Experience / Expertise:
- One (01) years’ hands-on experience in Electronic Circuitries, including its repairing and assembling, with an Experience Certificate is mandatory.
- Experience in repair and maintenance of Photocopiers/Scanners/CCTV-related items / Fax Machines / MFPs / Computers / PA / Sound Systems / PABX Systems OR any other relevant experience will be preferred.

PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION:-

The candidates are required to submit their applications online through the STS Portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk (Manual applications shall not be accepted).
Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, and all academic documents including percentage/marksheet from the respective university, experience certificate/letter, NOC (for government servant, who apply through proper channel). Additionally, any required certifications must also be uploaded to the STS portal when applying online.
After completed the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid by any ABL Bank Ltd. Branch or via the My ABL app. Alternatively, candidates may use the 1Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank. (This fee is non-refundable)
The online applications previously received for the post of Junior Electro/Mechanical Technician (BPS-07) against this Court’s advertisement dated 09.05.2024 have been treated as cancelled. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for the said post are required to apply afresh.
Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile in the online application form and refrain from providing numbers that have been converted to another network.
The date, time & venue shall be intimated later through an SMS alert. Further, all updates and notifications about the test dates, admit slips, result announcements or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
The Employees of Sindh High Court may apply irrespective of age limit. (NOC and SHC Computer Code are mandatory).
In case of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be notified via SMS and are advised to regularly check SMS messages and online portal account. A period of seven (07) days shall be given to resolve the objection. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in rejection of the application form.
Candidates shall submit their applications or lodge queries for grievances within fifteen (15) days of the result announcement.
Candidates applying for more than one position must fill out a separate application form and pay a separate challan for each post.
No documents shall be accepted if the issuance date of the document is after the closing date of the advertisement.
Providing, fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of applications & can lead to termination of employment at any stage.
Candidates already serving in the government who meet the eligibility criteria may also apply through the proper channel, maximum age limit for Government Servants applying through proper channel is 35 years.
Incomplete applications will not be considered after the closing date, and their application will be rejected without assigning any reason.
No queries shall be entertained 02 weeks before the schedule of the MCQs based written test.
The candidates at the time of interview should bring their original documents.
The decisions of the Selection Board shall be final.
The above posts may be increased or decreased in number.
All tests will be conducted at the designated test center in Karachi and No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
The last date for submission of application form is 20 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
