HIRING OF INFORMATION SECURITY STAFF FOR PLRA: Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) intends to hire the services of experienced IT specialists on contract basis for the period of three (3) years (extendable on satisfactory performance). The applicants must have minimum education / experience as mentioned below: –

1. Deputy Director (Governance Risk & Compliance)

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-7
Age Bracket: 25-40
Salary Package (PKR): 241,000
Technical Expert Incentive Allowance: 150,000
No. of Posts: 1

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering or Cyber Security Discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience in Information Security Governance, Risk Management, Security Compliance, Security Auditing within large-scale national or international organizations. Prior experience in ISO 27001, CIS controls implementation will be an added advantage.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold the following valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: CISA or CISM or CRISC) and ISO27001-LA/LA with preference given to candidates who holds CISA.

2. Deputy Director (Offensive Security)

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-7
Age Bracket: 25-40
Salary Package (PKR): 241,000
Technical Expert Incentive Allowance: 150,000

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering or Cyber Security Discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience in Vulnerability Management, Offensive Security, Red Teaming, Penetration Testing within large-scale national or international organizations.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold any valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: OSCP, LPT, CPENT, C|EH, with preference given to candidates who holds OSCP or LPT.

3. Deputy Director (Security Operations Center)/ L3 Analyst

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-7
Age Bracket: 25-40
Salary Package (PKR): 241,000
Technical Expert Incentive Allowance: 150,000

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering or Cyber Security Discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience in Information/Cyber security with SOC Role (Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) will not be considered as Security Operations Center (SOC) experience), Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, Malware Research within large-scale national or international organizations. The candidate must have been working as L3/L2 SOC analyst for at least 3 years.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold any valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CASP+.

4. Assistant Director (Penetration Testing & Red Teaming)

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-4
Age Bracket: 24-34
Salary Package (PKR): 149,500
Technical Expert Incentive Allowance: 100,000

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering or Cyber Security Discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification experience in Cyber Security Assessment, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming within large-scale national or international organizations.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold any valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: CEH, OSCP, LPT, RTD, PenTest+ with preference given to candidates who holds OSCP.

5. Assistant Director (Application Security Tester)

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-6
Age Bracket: 24-34
Salary Package (PKR): 149,500
Technical Expert Incentive Allowance: 100,000

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering or Cyber Security Discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification experience in penetration testing, web application testing within large-scale national or international organizations.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold any valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: CEH, OSCP, LPT, RTD, PenTest+ with preference given to candidates who holds OSCP.

6. Assistant Director (Security Operations Center)/ L2 Analyst

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-6
Age Bracket: 24-34

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering or Cyber Security Discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification experience in information/cyber security with SOC Role (Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) will not be considered as Security Operations Center (SOC) experience), incident response, threat hunting, threat intelligence, malware research within large-scale national or international organizations. The candidate must have been working as L2/L1 SOC analyst for at least 2 years.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold any valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: Security+, CySA+, SSCP, CSA, CHFI, SIEM (Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar) or similar SOC supported certifications will be preferred.

7. Assistant Director (Digital Forensic & Incident Response)

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-6
Age Bracket: 24-34
Salary Package (PKR): 149,500

Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Digital Forensic, Malware Research within large-scale national or international organizations.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold any valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: CHFI, eCDFP, CySA+, SSCP or similar forensic Certification.

8. Assistant Director (Security Architect & Administrator)

PLRA Pay Grade: PPG-4
Age Bracket: 24-34
Salary Package (PKR): 149,500
Technical Expert Incentive Allowance: 100,000

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Cyber Security Discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Higher qualifications in related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification experience as an Infrastructure Administrator, Solutions Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of network and system architecture and administration.
Certification(s) Requirements: Must hold any valid certification issued by an internationally recognized certification authority: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Network Engineer, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer, CCNP Security, CCIE Security.
