ADDENDUM: RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF HEAD CONSTABLE (WIRELESS OPERATOR BPS-09), POLICE CONSTABLE (BPS-07) & DRIVER POLICE CONSTABLE (BPS-07) AGAINST SHAHEED, DECEASED, AND PERMANENTLY INVALIDATED OR INCAPACITATED QUOTA IN SINDH POLICE.
With reference to advertisements No. INF-KRY/1213/24, applications were invited from the Legal Heirs of Shaheed, Deceased, And Permanently Invalidated Or Incapacitated Quota Police Employees having Domicile of Sindh Province (concerned Ranges) for recruitment against the posts of Head Constable (Wireless Operator BPS-09), Police Constable (BPS-07) & Driver Police Constable (BPS-07) under the (Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated Or Incapacitated Quota Recruitment Rules-2021), published in the leading newspapers on dated: 28.04.2024 against the following reserved posts:-

In pursuance of the Judgment dated: 26.09.2024 passed by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Petition No. 3390 of 2021, recruitment process against Deceased Quota in Sindh Police was stopped vide this office letter dated: 01.11.2024 and in compliance of the Notification issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (Regulation Wing) Government of Sindh vide No. SORI(SGA&CD)2-25/2024(pt-I) dated: 30.04.2025.
The legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Incapacitated Police Employees who died, Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated on or before 26.09.2024 (as per Judgment of Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Petition No. 3390 of 2021) and legal heirs of Shaheed having Domicile of Province of Sindh (Concerned Ranges) are invited to submit their fresh application forms according to the following eligibility criteria for recruitment against the below mentioned reserved posts of Head Constable (Wireless Operator BPS-09), Police Constable (BPS-07) & Driver Police Constable (BPS-07) under the Shaheed, Deceased, Invalidated, or Incapacitated Quota in Sindh Police:-

02. The required eligibility criteria for the aforementioned posts are as under:-
Head Constable (Wireless Operator) BPS-09
- Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Board of Intermediate Education
- Physical Standard (Male): Height: 5 Feet & 5 inches (minimum); Chest: Minimum 33 inches with expansion of 1.5 inch.
- Physical Standard (Female): Height: 5 Feet with Sound Health.
- Physical Endurance Test (Male): 1600 meters running in 08 minutes.
- Physical Endurance Test (Female): 800 meters walk in 14 minutes.
- Age Limit: 18 to 28 years as on the last date of submission of online applications.
Police Constable (BPS-07)
- Qualification: Matric from a recognized Board of Secondary Education
- Physical Standard: Same as Head Constable (Wireless Operator) BPS-09
- Physical Endurance Test: Same as Head Constable (Wireless Operator) BPS-09
- Age Limit: Same as Head Constable (Wireless Operator) BPS-09
Driver Police Constable (BPS-07)
- Qualification: Matric from a recognized Board of Secondary Education. Candidates must have valid Motor Car Driving license as on the closing date of online application form. However, Candidate must obtain LTV License within his probation period of 03 years.
- Physical Standard: Same as Head Constable (Wireless Operator) BPS-09
- Physical Endurance Test (Male): 1600 meters running in 10 minutes.
- Physical Endurance Test (Female): 800 meters walk in 14 minutes.
- Age Limit: Same as Head Constable (Wireless Operator) BPS-09
NOTE:- i. Only those legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Incapacitated Police Employees who died, Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota on or before 26.09.2024 having Domicile of Province of Sindh are eligible to submit their applications in accordance with the above eligibility criteria. ii. The legal heirs of Shaheed Police Employees who have attained martyrdom up to the closing date for submission of applications under this advertisement and possess the domicile of the concerned Range of Sindh Province shall be eligible to apply under the Shaheed Quota.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:-
- Application forms can be downloaded from the website of Sindh Police i.e. www.sindhpolice.gov.pk.
- Application form alongwith attested copies of documents i.e. CNIC, Domicile, PRC/Form-D, 04 recent photograph, Academic documents, Death Certificate, Obituary & Heirship Certificate of Deceased / Shaheed employee, order for permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees (for Invalidated quota only), Declaration of Shaheed, FIR, Financial Compensation order for Shaheed Quota only), Affidavit of Spouse / widow & other legal heirs of Shaheed / Deceased, should reach at Central Police Office (CPO), I.I Chundrigar Road, Lalazar, Karachi, through registered post / courier service.
- All applicants’ claim shall be considered, processed and entertained as per Sindh Police (Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or incapacitated Quota) Recruitment Rules-2021.
- The second claim for recruitment against Shaheed Quota shall be entertained only for those legal heirs whose fathers, brothers, or husbands embraced shahadat after the promulgation of the Shaheed Act-2014, i.e., 11.06.2014.
- Candidates whose father / mother died / invalidated before 02.09.2002 shall not be entitled for recruitment against Deceased / Invalidated or incapacitated Quota.
- Candidates whose father/mother died/invalidated on or after 16.09.2014 are supposed to apply within two years of the death/invalidation of the employee for recruitment against the Deceased / Invalidated Quota.
- The actual verification of original certificates will only be done in respect of candidates who are called for tests / Interview and any applicant having made an incorrect/false declaration shall stand disqualified automatically at any stage.
- The reserved quota will be utilized first for the Shaheed category, followed by the deceased and permanently incapacitated categories, as per Recruitment Rules, 2021.
- No online application shall be entertained after last date of submission of application.
- Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
- No relaxation in upper age limit, qualification and eligibility criteria shall be granted.
- The date, time, and venue of all tests / Interview shall be intimated through SMS or website of Sindh Police www.sindhpolice.gov.pk. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
- No TA/DA will be given for test/interview.
- Sindh Police has the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
- Candidates shall undergo Physical, Written, Driving tests (for the post of DPC) & Interviews.
- Candidates qualified in Physical test shall only be called for written test. Test venue and date shall be communicated separately.
- Candidates who do not fulfill the given criteria are advised not to submit online application.
- The last date for submission of applications / age of the applicant shall be calculated as 15.10.2026.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- QUALIFICATION: Graduation 2nd Division from a recognized University.
- AGE LIMIT: 21 to 28 years as on the last date of submission of online applications.
PHYSICAL STANDARD
- Male:
- Height: 5 Feet & 5 inches (minimum)
- Chest: Minimum 33 inches with expansion of 1.5 inch.
- Female:
- Height: 5 Feet With Sound Health.
PHYSICAL ENDURANCE TEST
- Male: 1600 meters running in 8 minutes
- Female: 800 meters walk in 14 minutes
NOTE:
- Only those legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Incapacitated Police Employees who died, Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota on or before 26.09.2024 having Domicile of Province of Sindh are eligible to submit their applications in accordance with the above eligibility criteria.
- The legal heirs of Shaheed Police Employees who have attained martyrdom up to the closing date for submission of applications under this advertisement and possess the domicile of the concerned Range of Sindh Province shall be eligible to apply under the Shaheed Quota.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Online application/registration must be completed on the official candidate portal of SIBA Testing Services (STS) https://apply.sts.net.pk/.
- After completing the online application, candidates shall download a system-generated challan of Rs.1500/- (Rupees fifteen hundred only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank LTD branch or via the MyABL App. Alternatively, candidates may use the 1Bill reference number to pay through the internet banking portal of any 1Bill-linked bank. (This fee is non-refundable).
- Candidates must upload the CNIC (front & back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, one recent photograph, Academic documents, Death Certificate, Obituary & Heirship Certificate of Deceased / Shaheed employee, order for permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees (for Invalidated quota only), Declaration of Shaheed, FIR, Financial Compensation order (for Shaheed Quota only), Affidavit of Spouse / widow & other legal heirs of Shaheed / Deceased.

- The original certificates will be verified only for candidates who are called for tests / interview. Any applicant found making an incorrect or false declaration shall be disqualified automatically at any stage.
- The reserved quota will be utilized first for the Shaheed category, followed by the deceased and permanently incapacitated categories, as per Recruitment Rules, 2021.
- No online application shall be entertained after last date of submission of application.
- Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of application & can lead to termination of employment at any stage.
- No relaxation in upper age limit, qualification and eligibility criteria shall be granted.
- The date, time, and venue of all tests will be intimated through online SMS alert. Further all updates and notifications about the test, admit slips, result announcements or any other information shall be uploaded on the STS website/portal as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
- Sindh Police reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
- Only Candidates who qualified in Physical test shall be called for written test by SIBA Testing Service.
- Candidates who do not meet the given criteria are advised not to submit online application.
- The last date for submission of online applications / age of the applicant shall be calculated as 15.10.2026.
