Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison: Coordinate with operations, planning, and scheduling units to prepare maintenance schedules for shutdowns.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Identify and analyze the root causes of equipment failures using troubleshooting techniques, failure patterns, and failure modes.
- Resource Management: Manage the efficient use of human and material resources within the assigned area.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the Fertilizer and Oil & Gas sector.
