WE ARE HIRING! ASSISTANT MANAGER- EXPORT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end export process / operations including required documentation, compliance to clearance and customs requirements include shipping and logistics, product design and labelling process coordination as required, assist in national and international exhibitions requirements.
- Coordinate for all necessary certifications to meet the international standards in line with export marketing and business development globally.
- Prepare and align data and products design work as per the standards of specific related region / country and coordinate for registration process to meet required international standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments teams to streamline export related production, resolve operational challenges, and smooth execution of orders.
- Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and emerging trends, to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory frameworks specifically in each GCC country.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies across all export activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in export operations and business development preferably in FMCG industry (Confectionery & Snacks) with a proven track record.
- Have sound experience in dealing with international clients
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / International Relations, or in relevant discipline.
- Sound skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel skills.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
