EY Ford Rhodes Jobs Executive Corporate & Business Advisory Services July 2018 :EY Ford Rhodes requires profiles for the position of Executive – Corporate & Business Advisory Services, to be based in its Karachi office. The role would involve assisting clients of the firm with fulfilling compliances as required in the Companies Act, 2017 in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring that these compliances are accepted by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients
- Prepare relevant prescribed forms for compliances
- Submission of prescribed forms and documents to the SECP
- Follow up trips to the Regulatory Agency as and when needed
- Maintain client files efficiently
Qualification
- Undergraduate in a law or accounting degree (LLB, BBA in Law & Finance)
Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant compliance experience.
Competencies
- Excellent communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
