We are looking for Assistant Manager Finance (Receivables)

Job Summary:

Oversee accounts receivable, ensure timely collections, Transfer, Possession and maintain accurate financial records

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

• Ensure file transfer and possession related workings.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, clients, and stakeholders.

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes.

• Address client queries related to invoices, payments, and account statements.

• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging analysis and collection forecasts.

• Provide regular updates to the finance manager on receivables status and collection efforts.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the receivables function.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to payments or invoices.

• Work with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly

Education & Experience: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably Masters in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • 3-5 years of experience, in accounts receivable, preferably in real estate
