Position: Deputy Manager – Treasury & Insurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, CFA preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, bank’s
treasury or bank’s corporate & investment banking

Overall Responsibilities:

Develop & consistently work on optimal capital structure of the company with prudent suggestions to management on attaining & maintaining the structure
Prepare funding strategy in line with expectations of all relevant stakeholders whilst accounting for varying scenarios
Negotiating Long Term & Short Term loans with prospective lenders to generate financial value add for the company whilst understanding per party implications & relevant regulations
Interacting with Insurance companies/ brokers locally & globally to ensure continual coverage
Develop & maintain strong relations with banks, other financial institutions & global debt providers
Understand the trade business of the company & ensure smooth trade execution for key raw materials & other requirements
Develop an understanding of global risk hedging solutions inclusive of forwards, futures & swaps & develop volatility curbing solutions
Leading & overlooking the daily core treasury & insurance activities of the company
Ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Identify & eliminate loopholes in operations & risk areas to protect the company from exposure
