The Engro Strategy Department is responsible for working on some of the most mission-critical initiatives for Engro Group. We work with the executive leadership team to chart out the long-term growth trajectory of our businesses and ensure alignment of key management decisions with our company’s core purpose of solving Pakistan’s most pressing issues. Our work methodology is modeled on the world’s top strategy consulting firms.
We are currently seeking two (2) individuals to join the Engro Strategy Team as Strategy Associates in Karachi.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Math/Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)
Skills: Excellent analytical/communication/collaboration skills, strong work ethic
Experience: 0-4 years of work experience
Key Activities
- Analyze industries by undertaking detailed quantitative and qualitative research
- Undertake financial modeling
- Prepare business presentations
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
