Position: Sales Admin Executive
Location: Sukkur
Department: Sales
Qualification: MBA (preferable)
Experience: 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, FMCG preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To generate reports on primary and secondary sales from SAP data on a daily basis
• To analyze reports on sales across different metrics and identifies reasons for variations in sales data and reports
• To highlight issues and shares sales reports to executive management including SRM / line manager and Group Regional Manager
• To provide specific marketing and functional information (data requirements) to fulfill requests for Head Office and Trade Marketing
• To ensure the timely execution of orders and processing of credited payments from distributors to make them satisfied
• To analyze which distributors have made payments and which have not and collaborate with sales team on the inflows and outflows of payments
• To coordinate with accounts office, trade marketing, territory executives, area managers and distributors on the processing of claims and finalize cost of claims at month’s end
• To be responsible to input claims into SAP and provides Head Office with hard copy for timely processing
• To oversee and maintain inflows and outflows of stock to prevent form expiry
• To ensure timely processing of damage claims of distributors
• To engage in general office administration by maintaining matters pertaining to electricity, sewage, air conditioning, generators and fuel and maintain cleanliness of office, kitchen and canteen
• To maintain stock of office supplies and edibles and maintains record of office rent and utility bills also to intimates Head Office of any critical problems and compile data with Head Office audits for asset and inventory checks
• To analyze historical data and calculated trends to devise future sales plan; Adjusts budgets and Rolling Sales Forecasts (RSF) according to devised sales plans; Share compiled plan with SRM / line manager and exchange data with area managers and area executives
• To collect, analyze and evaluate sales data received from area employees and Input sales data into SAP and monitor sales data for trends and analyzes it across time and relevant metrics.
