Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monthly forecasted targets for sales with upper management and receive appropriate feedback for amendments.
- Receive final budget and allocate to various territories /towns as per their past potential to achieve targeted contributions margins etc.
- Conduct daily analysis to ensure that the devised plan is being followed and provide solutions and alternatives for any deviances/discrepancies.
- Formulate secondary sales plans on monthly / weekly basis to determine how much to order in respective week and to steer secondary sales accordingly.
- Conduct monthly meetings with territory officers and shares monthly/annual sales plan with sales team.
- Perform need-based visits to relevant territories to resolve pertinent issues and steer sales activities as per direction of the plan.
- Motivate and develop the sales team to ensure high performance; Oversees problems arising in market or distribution channels/strategies; Provides relevant and timely solutions/feedbacks.
- Appoint sales teams on various assignments on multiple aspects such as SKUs for e.g. what’s its numeric/weighted target, what are its visibility standards etc.
- Review brand’s numeric capability, visibility, feasibility and its coverage, based on various communication grounds, in the market; Oversees execution and maintenance of newly developed products in the market.
- Monitor competition and conduct market studies to analyze relevant brand’s consumption levels and change in trends, if any; Shares findings with stakeholders so that alternatives can be discussed upon.
- Identify Gaps / new areas of opportunities for sustainable business growth; Ensure infrastructure enhancement as per market expansion needs.
- Develop weak distributors in company’s distribution channel and identifies the one’s to be replaced; Appointing new distributor and evaluate their performance on the basis of coverage, business with other companies, services level, infrastructure availability, ROI, contribution margin, distribution & warehousing facilities etc.
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries for stock replenishment to distributors by daily monitoring of their stock status via online portal
Utilize DSR method to identify star performers among company’s distributors and further highlight and work upon their shortcoming and failures. - Communicate all figures such as total secondary sales, total retail sales and total whole sales with the regional office on the day end.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to check, verify and record vendor invoices related to Inventory (local and Import) and other services.
- Processing vendor invoices and debit/credit notes after thorough verification with all supporting documents, agreements and quotations.
- Ensure timely processing of advances to concerned vendors after thoroughly verifying advance terms and approval of relevant authorities.
- Responsible for timely processing of media bills after verifying the no. of spots and spot rates that are being billed.
- Responsible for timely processing of all utility bills and avoiding any sort of penalties/surcharge arising due to delayed payments.
- Process import related advances and ensuring their timely settlement in accounts.
- Review accrual and prepayments cycle on a monthly basis to account for all relevant transactions within a month.
- Monitoring the Outstanding GR/SES position on a monthly basis and ensuring that the invoices are being received timely in Finance Department.
- Ensure timely monitoring and reporting the advances on a monthly basis and ensuring that all the advances are being settled timely, with any exceptions being notified accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze the payment process flow, in terms of Early, Timely and Late Payments.
- Analyze the delays at each end (Vendor / Relevant Dept. / Finance) and rectify them.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting the provisions and accruals at the end of each month. Also, ensuring that the expenses are accurately reflecting in the system.
- Responsible for carrying out Vendor Reconciliation on specific time intervals and rectify any major discrepancies that are then notified to the concerned individuals for settlement.

- Manage end to end operations of department; Effectively manage and coordinate with ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure that payments are processed and received timely along with managing the credit limit for effective and efficient stock delivery.
- Safeguard claim settlements are processed timely and avoid withstanding payments from key account customers.
- Support Finance department for releasing payments on timely basis and coordinate with key account customers to resolve any concerns or issues with respect to payments,
- Ensure timely coordination with warehouse to check availability of stock for the delivery.
- Prepare accurate customer order and purchase orders timely and manage stock for special discount, promotion, near expiry and FOC.
- Ensure synergy for smooth operations between internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Warehouse Logistics) to execute all activities efficiently.
- Minimize payment days and credit limits to actualize sales for better depiction of sales numbers.
- Ensure effective forecasting in view of the trend of respective with respect to the stock demand and supply; Monitor and spilt the budget as per regions.
- Coordinate and finalize the forecasted stock numbers with respective Manager and ensure accurate submission and upload on the system (SAP).
- Timely preparation and submission of Monthly RSF to respective Manager.
- Ensure promotional activities are highlighted accurately and timely in the RSF with accurate payment reconciliation of all.
- Effectively manage all required documentation from customer order, purchase order, invoicing, credit/debit notes etc.
- Ensure accurate invoicing of credit accounts for timely payment along with relevant documentation including Good Delivery Notes/ GRN etc for payment.
- Supervise and provide support in end-to-end operations at fair price shop and ensure stock availability for internal and external customers.
