WE ARE HIRING Relationship officer / Senior Property Consultant / Property Consultant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and market research
- Strategy development to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and value
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals and agreements effectively
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or any relevant qualification
- Familiarity with industry practices, products, and services
