Edotco Pakistan Jobs Executive / Sr Executive Finance:Â Edotco Pakistan is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive Finance (4) based in Islamabad.
He/She will be responsible for:
1. Booking of all Bill, adjustment of Accruals and timely payment processing.
2. Processing Supplier invoices by matching them to Purchase orders and posting them on the Accounts Payable ledger in the Quick books/ERP system.
3. Have to process the payments according to invoices processed by all departments with Tax compliance and P0 matching.
4. Monitoring of Vendor accounts details for due balances – includind creditors reconciliation statements at month end to avoid unrecorded liabilities.
5. To prepare monthly schedules for closing and prepare monthly reports from internal control’s department and monthly sitewise expense report.
6. Verification of Rental Payment in line with the agreement, in close coordination of Property team. Inclusing verage on existing PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MODULE..
7. Updating GL Booking of Expense, Liability, Prepayment, Payment.
8. Knowledge of treasury concepts, Funding gap analysis, cash management operation and Foreign Payments (Form M payments with SBP).
