Position : STORE MANAGER – TRIMS & ACCESSORIES
JOB PURPOSE: The role is to oversee and manage the complete operations of the accessories store, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all accessory items. The role involves coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth material flow for production, while maintaining compliance, stock accuracy, and overall store discipline. In addition, the role is expected to lead the store team, maintain ERP/inventory system integrity, and drive process improvements to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This position will also proactively monitor consumption trends to prevent over-issuance or shortages and promptly highlight and report any discrepancies or issues in inventory movement.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelors / Masters EXPERIENCE: 7-8 years in relevant industry. SOFTWARE/TOOLS: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP. Skills: Problem-solving, Team collaboration, Time management, Strong Communication and Detail Oriented.
