Job Title & Requirements
LOGISTICS SUPPORT OFFICER
- BBA or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in an (OMC).
- Candidates based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad will be preferred.
Skills Required:
- Manage primary and secondary transportation planning, including route optimization and delivery scheduling.
- Coordinate and manage the timely dispatch and transportation of petroleum products across the distribution network.
- Manage logistics agreements and ensure contractual compliance.
- Lead the induction and approval process of tank lorries, ensuring adherence to operational, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage onboarding and performance of carriage contractors.
- Monitor fleet utilization and delivery schedules.
- Maintain logistics records and operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with OGRA regulations, HSE standards, and company procedures related to fuel transportation and logistics.
- Analyze logistics performance and drive process improvements.
- ERP systems management.
- Cross functional coordination with retail, commercial & finance teams.
