Dynea is hiring for a young Marketeer!
Position: Assistant Manager Marketing – Retail
We are looking for a marketing professional to drive brand for Dynea’s retail product portfolio, while supporting trade activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rebranding of existing products, including rollout of updated packaging and communication assets
- Ensure consistency of the new brand across all product and market touchpoints during the transition
- Drive dealership penetration through focused trade activation strategies
- Plan and execute BTL activations for retail SKUs to improve visibility and offtake
- Track and analyse retail SKU performance to enable sharper, data-backed decisions
- Work closely with sales to align trade marketing with commercial priorities
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in either trade marketing or brand marketing
- Ability to coordinate and execute marketing plans in coordination with agencies
- Strong on-ground execution capability with a bias for action
- Comfortable working with data and performance tracking
- Preference for female candidates
