Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Store Officer to manage our store operations, including inventory control, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and cost control
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business BBA, B.Com, etc. from an HEC-recognized university
- 0-2 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or a related field
- Excellent accounting skills and knowledge of accounting software
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
