Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to manage search engine optimization activities for our healthcare organization. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing online presence across search engines to support patient acquisition and brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & technical SEO).
Conduct keyword research relevant to healthcare services, doctors, and treatments.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search engines.
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with IT/web team for improvements.
Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics.
Develop backlink strategies and manage off-page SEO activities.
Optimize local SEO (Google Business Profile, hospital listings, local directories).
Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing standards and ethical guidelines.
Generate monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations.

Knowledge & Competences

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience with schema markup and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms.
Understanding of Google algorithms & ranking factors.
Content optimization & basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred).
Excellent communication & reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, IT, or related field.
Professional Qualification: SEO certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) preferred.
Working Experience: 2–4 years of proven SEO experience (healthcare industry preferred).
