DIRECTOR IMPLEMENTATION

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY:

The Director – Implementation is responsible for end-to-end execution, supervision, and delivery of all civil and architectural works in accordance with approved designs, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role ensures seamless coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve timely and compliant project completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead end-to-end implementation of civil, structural, and architectural works
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical and execution issues
Enforce quality control, statutory, and building code compliance
Control costs, review variations, and optimize resource utilization
Manage implementation schedules and mitigate construction risks
Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews
Oversee project completion, snag clearance, and final handover

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

Strong expertise in civil, structural, and architectural project implementation
In-depth knowledge of building codes, statutory approvals, and safety regulations
Proven ability in contractor management, quality control, and site execution
Excellent planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills
Effective leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication abilities

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred)
Professional Qualification: PEC / PCATP registration; relevant project or construction management certification (preferred)
Work Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in civil & architectural project implementation, preferably in large-scale or institutional projects
