Job Responsibilities include:
- Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN & IPSEC VPNs.
- Configure and install various network devices, e.g.: Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches & Fortigate firewalls.
- Configure network services (e.g., Site-2-Site VPN, Remote access VPN, VLAN, BGP, MPLS-VPN, Firewall policies, NAT/PAT/Port-Forwarding).
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Monitor performance and ensure network & system availability and reliability.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools (NMS & PRTG).
Position Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ of experience with network administration
- Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
- May be required to work in shifts
