Dolmen Group Jobs January 2020: Dolmen Group is looking for Team Leader Elevator in its Facilities Management Department at Dolmen City, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive knowledge of Elevators, Escalators and Translators systems and maintenance procedures.
Inspection of facility for operation and maintenance needs
Responsible for the supervision of Escalator/Elevator Technicians, for effective and efficient diagnosis and their resolution.
Preparing reports on maintenance and repair work
Supervises personnel for; Inspection of Maintenance and repair work, Work in progress and at completion (as per the compliance, engineering orders, escalators/elevators codes, and SOP’s)

Requirements:
Experience: Around 5-10 years in the similar capacity.
Education: DAE in Electronics/Electrical
Skills: Good in communication, agile leadership, negotiation.

Dolmen Group is looking for ‘Junior Manager – Procurement’ in its Procurement Department, located in Dolmen City, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

To ensure Purchase Requisition provided by the user to be approved through approval matrix.
To generate and issue purchase orders on AX dynamics subject to approval of line manager for further processing.
Assisting supervisor in implementing Procurement policies and procedures (SOP).
To evaluate vendors/suppliers based on quality and review performance based upon internal departments feedback.
To get into negotiation with vendors upon pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods.
To assist the supervisor in maximizing efficiency of the procurement function by achieving assigned targets.

Requirements:
Experience: 4 – 5 years in procurement related assignments specifically to Indirect Procurement for Manufacturing concerns.
Education: BBA/MBA (Supply Chain)
Skills & capabilities: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Communication and knowledge related to Taxation.
