Candidate must hold MBA degree (specialization in HR) with 4 to 5 years of experience.
Position is based in Karachi.
• Candidate should possess hands on expertise in conducting TNA and assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing and delivering ‘In-House’ training programs.
• Must have developed customize training programs and employee development programs according to the identified organizational needs.
• Develop and design the categorized Training Calendar.
• Able to monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI.
• Must have attended and conducted ‘Soft Skills’ Training programs.
• Should have exceptional Presentation, Communication and Facilitation skills.
