POSITION VACANT: Applications are invited from self-motivated, growth-oriented individuals with a balanced mindset and progressive ideas for the appointment to the post of Principal, Divisional Public School & College, Faisalabad, on a contract basis.

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized educational institution.

Age Limit:

• Between 45 and 60 years.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in reputed educational institutions.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in educational management as Head of such institutions.
• Experience in guiding/training teachers through knowledge, teaching strategies, and methods of instruction.

• Excellent English Communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Administrative skills.
• Financial Management.
• Human Resource Management.
• Educational Management.

Pay Package/Facilities:

• Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 300,000/- (Lump-sum inclusive of all allowances).
• Medical Facilities: As admissible under the DPS&C Rules.
• Accommodation: At school campus.
• Conveyance: Staff car with fuel as per policy.
• Residential Utility Bills compensation: As per prescribed policy.

Location:

• Divisional Public School & College, Faisalabad.

Duration:

• Three years contract.
