𝗗𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗟𝘁𝗱., a leading textile industry committed to excellence and innovation, is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic professional to join our leadership team as DGM Finance & Company Secretary at our Karachi office.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
- Qualified CA / ACMA / ACCA
- 10 – 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, corporate laws, SECP regulations, and governance best practices
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Handle Board and Committee meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining statutory records.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Prior experience in the Textile, Manufacturing, or Financial Services sectors
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modelling
- Ability to perform and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
