๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ & ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
- Qualified CA / ACMA / ACCA
- 10 โ 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, corporate laws, SECP regulations, and governance best practices
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Handle Board and Committee meetings, drafting minutes, and maintaining statutory records.
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
- Prior experience in the Textile, Manufacturing, or Financial Services sectors
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modelling
- Ability to perform and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
