Title: HR Generalist
Purpose : The position is responsible for the implementation of all Corporate HR initiatives in alignment with the objectives of all three BUs, identifications of trainings /development exercises, talent management, employee engagement activities, focus on achieving internal equity and the hiring of competent resources in order to match the respective BU’s current and future needs WITH the objective to keep employees engaged in a high-performance culture, enable a learning environment, help in contributing employee efficiency and alignment with DPS objectives and strategies WITHIN the limits of company policies & procedures, Government & statutory regulations, strategic directions from Head HR and the respective Head BU.
Job Responsibilities: Includes Recruitment, OD, HR operations, performance & people Management in assistance with Head HR.
Essential Requirements: MBA-HR, with 5-7 years of broad HR experience in a medium to large scale organization, with the last 3-5 years as senior HR management experience.
