HIRING : MANAGER QA

Role Description:

Lead the area of Quality Control & Assurance to ensure that all Project Quality Management functions are carried out as per Project specifications in adherence to Company Policies & Procedures. Generate quality feedback on the state of quality control in company along with recommendations for improvement on predefined frequency

Responsibilities:

• Client satisfaction through QA/QC Objectives achievement on all projects.
• Timely renewal of QA/QC certifications.
• Planning & Facilitation in External Audits in reference to QA/QC.
• Deployment & Utilization of Resources & Equipment as per budget.
• Review, improve & implementation of DIMS policies & procedures.
• Monitoring & Control of activities as per critical success factors for quality of deliverables.
• Review, Develop , & Improve DIMS policies & QA/QC documents.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree of Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical / Metallurgical discipline from a reputed University.
Experience: Overall 12 years’ experience in the field of Project Quality Management
Knowledge of the international Code and Standards i.e. ISO/ASTM/ASME/API etc.
Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
Knowledge of contract & risk management

To supervise & control all procurement activities for all the assigned projects, ensure procurement of material through best possible sources in accordance with specification, securing most competitive prices and meeting the projects schedule. Also ensure proper documentation through standard policies & formats and implementation of SAP to make procurement process efficient.

Responsibilities include

• Oversee Import of Material / Custom Clearance
• Complete record maintenance of L/Cs
• Ensure Documentation for pre-qualification of vendors for all Projects
• Sourcing of Potential Suppliers
• Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements
• Adherence to HSE standards & DIMS documents
• Efficient Management of whole Procurement cycle

Qualifications

Education : MBA/BBA in SCM

Experience : Over 8 years with minimum 5 years of experience in purchase department of handling procurement function Independently
