We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG to oversee and drive sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in achieving business growth, leading a dynamic sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a culture of high performance.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the FMCG sector.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Budget Management: Develop and manage regional sales budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
-Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
Strong understanding of FMCG sales dynamics, including distribution networks and retail operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
